Too much pie.

When we got home from our Thanksgiving trip to Florida I could not wait to get myself back on track. Sometimes I can go a little overboard and my body definitely lets me know it. I hold onto water and I feel bloated and sluggish. I do not look or feel like myself and I need something that will snap me back into reality ad help me fight the bloat and move me toward my goals.
