Hey guys! I wanted to share something really cool with you! Some of you are new to me, my story & this page so I wanted to include you in today’s celebration! Today is a milestone in my business & I wasn’t even trying! I achieved 6-Star Diamond coach. I remember when I was a new coach achieving rank seemed so hard & so far away (hello, I only started a little over 3 years ago!) Over the years I have really concentrated my efforts & focus on helping OTHERS make money from their home fitness businesses, achieve THEIR goals & in turn that leads to my success. People always ask me “what do I do to achieve my goals?” That’s EASY! Focus on helping the people around you achieve THEIR goals. This is something that I knew from the very beginning when I was a customer just trying to lose some weight with P90X. I had NO DESIRE to be a coach or pursue this as a career but the products changed my life & I felt compelled to help others learn about this amazing company! If you EVER want to be successful and build a life you can be proud of, you have to take the focus off yourself & focus on others. This applies to all areas of your life.

In what world can I be on a 10 day retreat teaching leadership, fitness & entrepreneurship in Central America and come home to a thriving business, a 5K+ bonus & loving open arms from my “co-workers” (my set your soul on fire team of coaches.) To be able to hear that multiple coaches I mentor gave themselves raises, promotions & bonuses themselves! To EMPOWER people to do this for THEMSELVES. To be told “you were missed” & “so glad to have you back.” These are not phrases that were spoken to me when I waited tables. Asking for time off was a nuisance & a bother. I could never just pick up & give back the way I did last week. Normal people doing EXTRAORDINARY things! Surprising themselves day in & day out. It’s a thrill to watch.

I am still riding the pink cloud of finishing #10 in the ENTIRE company last year (out of 150K+ coaches) for doing something that I was BORN TO DO! I am honestly just enjoying achieving that from last year, not really focusing on it this year but am still in the #10 spot because my heart is in the right place. I feel so proud of my team because it’s THEIR success that got me there & keeps me here. You simply only become a TOP COACH if you are 100% focused on the success of your team & I get to celebrate with them next month in Vegas at our annual coach summit! #SYSOF

I asked myself that once too, when I was exhausted from working full time & going to school full time with no light at the end of the tunnel. Traveling was not even in my vocabulary.
