When people reach out to me via Facebook, Instagram, Email or YouTube no matter how many messages I’ve answered that day, I treat every person like they could be the next person to change their lives with this opportunity. I know first hand what a big deal it is to ask for help, as I had started my journey exactly like most people who contact me do! I found my coach on Facebook through her incredible transformation and I reached out to her asking for help! I didn’t know what she had done to look so happy and healthy but I knew somehow it would work for me too. As hard as it was, it was necessary for me to get to where I am today. Today I want to share someone’s story that I have had the pleasure of watching since the day she reached out to me. The moment she said “AMY, I’M IN” to now she has been shining her light on people with her story, positivity and health journey!

Look at the difference in that smile! On the left, I was bartending, putting my health LAST and was sucked into the lifestyle where drinking at 6am was totally normal. I felt lost. I cared more about what people thought than I care to admit. I was insecure, unsure of myself, riddled with anxiety, depressed, and constantly draining the energy from others to stay afloat and make it through the day.
That awkward, forced smile says it all.
One day, I decided I didn’t want to be that girl anymore. That’s when I discovered my team and community of support. It wasn’t about finding myself all along, it’s about CREATING myself and what I want out of life. You can have and be anything you want in life, you just have to put in the work. Through tons of personal development I’ve grown into the woman I am today. Now I put my health first, starting with sobriety. I’m open and confident, energized, comfortable in my own skin, and feel unstoppable because my self worth is based solely on MY opinion. YOU can feel this way too.
