Get ready for the awesome combination of reality TV and the search for the next Celebrity Super Trainer with “The 20’s,” a new Beachbody reality show designed to search for the next Beachbody Celebrity Super Trainer.

Disclosure: I am affiliated with Beachbody and this post contains product links I earn a small commission from. That said, I use Beachbody products myself every day and recommend them to my closest family and friends as a life changer!

Up until now, only a few people have managed to break into international stardom through Beachbody, and you absolutely know their names:

  • Autumn Calabrese (her 21 Day Fix has been Beachbody’s most popular program for two years straight)
  • Tony Horton (his P90X has kicked some ass and developed some major muscles as well as helped launch a home fitness revolution)
  • Sean T (his Insanity program changed lives and Insanity Max30 is one of the best programs I have ever done)
  • Chalene Johnson (she was right there with Tony bringing TurboFire and group fitness to the masses and she is also responsible for the ground breaking PiYo)
  • Sagi Kalev (former Mr. Israel who has developed a body building program that helps you find your inner Beast).

But Beachbody knows that there is another trainer out there suited to carry the Super Trainer title, and through its new Beachbody On Demand docuseries – “The 20s: The Search For The Next Beachbody Super Trainer” – you’ll be able to watch a select group of 20-something trainers vie for the top spot in the very elite world of fitness trainers.
When casting for the show, Beachbody looked not only for a strong personality, but also for a strong fitness background and the ability to motivate people to get up off the couch (after watching the latest episode, of course) and get moving.

The contestants will live “Big Brother”-style in the same house, competing for the grand prize – the title of Beachbody’s next Super Trainer, along with a contract to develop their own home fitness program which is likely to end up being worth millions.

The challenges will be tough-as-nails and genuinely grueling, as they should be when a prize package that big is on the line. Joining such a celebrated collection of trainers will be no easy task, but one trainer will learn to be the best that he or she can be and stand out from the rest.

Along with weekly head-to-head challenges that test their skills and help them develop new ones, aspiring trainers will create and star in two original, 20-minute workouts which will become available on Beachbody on Demand at some point during the summer 2016 airing of the show.

That’s what makes “The 20’s” so different from other reality shows. Unlike “Top Chef,” where you can’t taste the food, and “Project Runway,” which only in rare instances can you wear the clothes, with “The 20’s,” YOU the viewer will have a chance to try each and every one of the workouts, then vote for the one that is the best fit for you.

Once the votes are tallied, Beachbody will announce which of the 20-something trainers will become part of the elite Beachbody family.

And while it’s a life-changing prize for those 20-somethings who are vying for the title – the winner will have shown a level of skill and endurance that will rival any winner of the long-running reality show “Survivor” – “The 20’s” can be a life-changing opportunity for you, too, since you’ll have access to even more workouts, which at 20 minutes are specifically designed to fit into even the busiest of days!
