A few months back, I was able to be one of the first to try Insanity MAX 30 and I’m finally sharing my review of one of my favorite workouts, Tabata Strength, here on the blog.

Three weeks into the program, I was surprised at how fast the time flew! I was already seeing amazing changes. My shoulders were changing and my stamina and strength increased noticeably.

When I started my fitness journey, I couldn’t even do a single pushup because my wrists were not strong enough and now I can crank one pushup after another without even needing to pause. It makes me feel totally invincible and awesome!

You all can feel this way too with Insanity Max 30.

Tabata Strength

Tonight I did the Insanity Max 30 Tabata Strength workout again and it followed the usual Tabata format, which is 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off.

[highlight]I know no matter how tough the exercise is, I can do it for 20 seconds.[/highlight]

This gets you into the right mindset so you push yourself more and give it your all because it is just for 20 seconds. Anyone can give it their all for 20 seconds and that is what completely rocks about this workout as it pushes and makes you push yourself. You use the ten seconds off to recover and then get ready to push yourself once again.

These workouts are super-effective and I’ve even seen my face slim down, which has been a major problem area for me. I had this huge roll of fat around my chin that I saw when I smiled and made me super self-conscious. Since doing Insanity Max 30, my face looks thin and I smile as much as I can because I feel good about myself and my body.

Is Insanity Max 30 right for you?

This program is perfect for all you people who are thinking how you will stick to your diet every day and work out EVERY day. You CAN do your workouts and stick to the healthy eating plan that comes with this program because it is easy.

The workouts in Insanity Max 30 are effective and really push you past your limits and allow you to form new limits and then conquer them as well.

I literally feel I am at my fittest right now with this program. I love Shaun T and I kind of love all his programs but this workout is my favorite program as of yet.
