I want to preface this by saying I did 60 days of Insanity Max: 30 with no other workout routines, gym regimes or systems. The only exceptions was the occasional hike, snowboarding session or Yoga to loosen up my hip flexors and hamstrings.  However, I DID drink Shakeology every day, relied on E&E to help me get in the proper mindset before every workout, followed the meal plan to the “T” PALEO and had maybe 5 tiny treats along the way. Very. Tiny. Treats.  So, if you’d like to achieve the results I have, you’re going to need support. I’m going to be honest. There is NO WAY I could’ve committed to this EVERY SINGLE DAY if it wasn’t for the support group on Facebook, my challengers and my coaching team to show up for.  I truly feel the accountability was a major part of my success. Just buying a program with no daily superfoods, no support and no coach is going you yield you very different results. I see it all the time. Half measures = half assed results. 60 DAYS WITH INSANITY: MAX 30

 

Now that you’ve seen how much I SHRUNK from the photo (I keep staring at my arm where I lost 1″) I want to STRESS that the scale probably wont move TOO much if you only have about 10-15lbs to lose. I personally had this expectation in my head to be 135lbs by the end of this round (where I was after the 21 Day Fix earlier this year) but didn’t take into consideration the amount of LEAN muscle mass I’d be building. I initially lost 5lbs my first 2 weeks then the scale stopped. That’s when I started really noticing changes in my physique via photos, my clothing and might I say naked? I obviously can’t show those photos on the internet but I do want to say…that I LOVE what I’m seeing in the mirror when I have no clothes on. I lost 2″ in my CHEST and 3″ in my WAIST and thanks to all the planks and push ups I was given a nice little breast lift (you can tell from this photo!) I don’t say that to be “inappropriate” or brag I say that because well…people give a shit about that! Not only that, it’s part of my results and I want to be totally candid with you.  I regret that I have no butt photos but let’s just say – its much more perky today than it was when I first started the program. There is about a billion squats and lunges in this program. I don’t even know how Shaun T does it but he does. He has found every way to possibly do a burpee, squat or lunge. My body says thank you.

As you can see the changes in inches were slight over the 60 days but the final test group results left me with the final results of -12″!!! I am stronger, leaner and am sporting a super toned body and a new found love for high impact workouts! I forgot how good you feel after a good ass kicking. Overall, I am not just looking better and better physically but I am happier and am bringing so much more to my life because of this program. This is so much more than a “DVD.” It’s personal development. It’s GROWTH. It’s change and it’s important EVERYONE does this and they do it with a coach, support group and remember to do their best and forget the rest. This isn’t about numbers on a measurement tape, numbers on a scale or even numbers when it comes to your MAX OUT time. This is a journey that doesn’t just end at day 60.
