I have been dabbling in it in one form or another for a long time. I could never get serious about it when I was drinking or using and I didn’t have the money to commit to a regular practice at a yoga studio when I first got sober. This was all before Instagram and all of the online programs that are available now. When I found Beachbody there was always a yoga workout in the programs I did. Tony Horton has one in each P90X that has come out and in the 21 Day Fix programs there is a yoga flow as well. I always enjoyed these and I always wanted to add more yoga into my fitness. I feel that it is a vital part of any fitness regimen and is a great grounding practice for life in general. Then Beachbody heard what everyone wanted and filled in the gap in programming with the launch of the 21 Day At Home Yoga Retreat on Beachbody On Demand.
The 21 Day At Home Yoga Retreat introduced us to four brand new Yoga teachers. It truly is like having a yoga studio in your own home. All of them have unique backgrounds and specialties. The Yoga Studio is the home to everything that has to do with Beachbody and Yoga. There is a section for each trainer who has a yoga workout and there are Beachbody On Demand exclusives from the 4 new yoga teachers introduced in the At Home Yoga retreat. There are workouts from 10 minutes in length to 90 minutes and they range from recovery or Yin Yoga to flows with varying degrees of intensity. In the Yoga Studio there are also calendars you can follow if you just want to focus on yoga as your fitness or if you need a schedule to follow to get you in your own flow.

This Calendar is 6 days a week of yoga with each day being led by different instructors and focusing on different parts of the body. It has a little bit of everything in for people of all experience levels and even some core to work on toning the mid section.
The 14 Day Yoga Challenge
This calendar has the goal of getting you sweaty, strong, and fit in 14 days. You will do yoga for 13 out of the 14 days and will focus on different styles of yoga with a focus on everything from core, lengthening and strengthening your muscles, and recovery.
The 5 Day Recovery Calendar
This is a great one for anyone who pushes themselves, either in day-to-day life or in their fitness. It focuses on recovery and on relaxing the body and mind.
