You’re Invited to my Core De Force Launch Party!

We are having a  party and you’re invited! On October 31st the brand new Beachbody program Core De Force launches and on November 14th my first ever Core De Force Pilot group Kicks off! This is going to be so fun. I love this time of year because it is the time when people check out on their goals, their health and fitness, and really everything they want out of life and they enter the alternate reality of HOLIDAY LAND. In Holiday Land nothing matters except food and stuff. This breaks my heart and I have made it my mission to keep people accountable to themselves and their goals and enjoy the holiday season. I actually double down on my health and wellness during this time of year because I feel like finishing the year better than when I started it is necessary in my life and helps me build a TON of positive momentum during the first quarter of the year. So the Core De Force launch is perfect timing because we all need a community to help carry us through the madness! Core De Force is not only a great way to get in shape and turn some heads at all of the holiday get-together’s that you go to but it is a great way to blow off a lot of steam from the inevitable stress of family, friends, and other people through the the boxing, Muay Thai, and MMA inspired workouts. Since progress equals happiness then this program and my group will kick start you on the road to progress during the time of year when others are falling off.

So What’s Core De Force?

Core De Force is the first program from Beachbody’s newest Super Trainers Joel Freeman and Jericho McMatthews. They are experts in the field of fitness, group fitness, and kick ass MMA style workouts. If you want to blow off some of that holiday stress and finish the year in better shape than you started it in then the MMA inspired Core De Force is for you. One of the coolest things about Core De Force is that each workout is broken into 3-minute “rounds” which is just like a real boxing match. During each 3 minute round you will alternate between Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai-inspired combinations, body weight training, and cardio spikes. This will ignite your fat burning and shred your core through massive amounts of engagement and rotation during each and every combination you throw. I know that you may be thinking that you do not know the first thing about throwing a punch or kick but it doesn’t matter. There is an amazing modifier with every workout and even tutorials that show you how to throw a kick and a punch properly. I love these kinds of workouts because they blow off so much steam while I am working and I always get so sore because I find myself really engaging and going HARD! Let’s do this thing!

It is time for you to make a commit to yourself. We are going to punch, kick, and fight our way through this holiday season with a ton of positivity and we are going to have a whole lot of fun! This is the time to build momentum. I am not about New Year’s Resolutions, I am all about putting in constant work to make my life what I want it to be. New Year’s resolutions do not work but YEAR END resolutions do! True change and improvement is all about making a decision. This is your time to really make progress on your health and fitness. I do not want you to press pause on your life and enter that alternate reality for the next few months. This will only lead to a January where you come out of the holiday funk overweight, disengaged, stressed out, a little bummed, and hung over when you could sprint into January with a ton of energy, fire, and determination to make 2017 the best year yet. It really all depends on what you do with these next few months. Make a decision. Decide. Commit. Succeed.
