Let’s Fall into Fitness!

Labor Day weekend is done and we are officially barreling head first into fall. It is almost time for pumpkin spice everything and for all of the sweet treats to be waiting around every corner. Many people consciously or unconsciously make the decision to put their health and fitness on the back burner this time of year but in reality we should do the opposite. We should be making our health and fitness a priority so that we can have the energy and confidence to enjoy the winter and feel good the whole way through. With the change in seasons the demands on our time and also the amount of stress we are under tend to increase and it is very easy to lose sight of self care and of what we want for our life. The fact of the matter is that we can perform better and lower our stress levels through focusing on ourselves and working out and eating right. I know it is tough to do it alone and why would you want to? Support and accountability are what make the world go ’round in my opinion. So let’s do it together.
