Tis’ the Season.
Thanksgiving is upon us friends. It is the time of food and sales. We are in the thick of the holidays where the focus ceases to be on what we want for our lives and health and we enter into the world of consumerism and a whole lot of delicious food. I love the holidays. I love to eat and I love the festive feelings associated with all of it. Like many people, this week sometimes gets away from me nutrition wise but I don’t let it bother me. We are supposed to enjoy this time of year and food is a big part of that for me. The important thing is that we have a plan to get right back on track and cleanse our systems when Thanksgiving day ends. If we do not have a plan it is very easy for one day to turn into the rest of the month then on into Christmas and New Year’s. This is how we end up feeling like crap when the January 1st rolls around and also why many of us have trouble staying committed to a meal plan or fitness regimen. Let’s be honest, New Years Resolutions DO NOT WORK so this is me helping you get on the health wagon ASAP. Things come up in life that we celebrate and this is a good thing but if we want to eat and drink whatever we want 10% of the time we have to eat well 90% of the time. That’s how you get results and keep results but also have a great balance with life! We only live once. No reason to spend it feeling deprived. It’s all about balance.
So what are you going to do about it?
As I said earlier, it is important for you to have a plan for when Thanksgiving day ends. It is also important for you to have a plan on how to finish out the year and leave 2016 better than when you came into it. I’ll be honest. I feel SO GOOD knowing I have a plan in place THE DAY I get home from my Holiday trip to see my family for Thanksgiving! I am human and so having that escape plan is letting me enjoy my time here and not freak out about losing my results. There are a lot of different demands on our time and different temptations this time of year and the way to make it through with a whole lot of positive forward momentum is to be a conscious consumer, of what you eat and what you buy. I have 3 different options for you to choose from that will have you kicking that Thanksgiving bloat to the curb and also building some powerful forward momentum through the end of the year. There is something for everyone, all it takes is a decision and a commitment to yourself.
Option 1: Refresh. A quick, gentle, cleanse.
Destroy the Turkey and Stuffing bloat and get right back on track with the 3-Day Refresh. As we were talking about earlier, there is no reason for Thanksgiving to turn into a month of gluttony and the 3-Day Refresh is the thing to snap you back into your health and fitness reality. This is a cleanse that will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to go after your health and fitness goals for the rest of the year.
If you’ve ever done a juice fast or an all-liquid cleanse that’s high in sugars and low in protein, you may have found that you felt weak and sluggish. Shortly after any weight loss came right back and if you’re anything like me, you felt deprived so you eat away your results. That’s because liquid fasts can tax your organs, and crater your metabolism. They leave you feeling hungry and angry!
The 3-Day Refresh is scientifically designed to do just the opposite. It detoxifies and cleanses, while supporting your metabolism with easy-to-prepare, nutritious whole foods to help your vital organs re-energize. That’s why you feel so good when you do the Refresh, and still lose weight at the same time! Your body functions more efficiently, and it helps burn fat.*
This is a great quick program that will not only get rid of the Thanksgiving funk but will also give you a jump-start into your health and fitness journey which you can continue right into my Core De Force Group for December! 3-Day Refresh Group kicks off on November 29th and I will be doing it right along side you and after this week I am looking forward to it!
Option 2: Reset. Cleanse your system and reset it for the new year.
There is another way to cleanse yourself of that Thanksgiving bloat and ensure that you have an amazing, healthful December, AND set yourself up for the healthiest New Year’s on record. Personally, I need to be committed to something big so this is what I am doing for the remainder of the year. We will be doing 21 days of refreshing and resetting our bodies to their optimal states. Here are the results from when I did the 21 Day Ultimate Reset recently with a group of people. This is an amazing program that has changed my life and my husband’s life and I honestly think every one should do it. You can read more about it here but this is the basics of the program:
There are 3 phases to the Reset:
The first week is focused on Reclaiming your body. In Phase 1, you Reclaim your body, accessing its inner chemistry and preparing it for change. You’ll gradually remove foods such as red meat and dairy from your diet.
The second week is focused on Releasing the toxins built up in your body. Everyone is full of toxins because the world we live in is toxic, everything from the food we eat to the air we breathe is filing our bodies with tons of toxins that do not get processed or eliminated by our bodies. In Phase 2, you begin to Release unwanted compounds that have been holding your system back and start the detoxification process. This phase includes a gentle colon cleanse and digestive support. You’ll now be eating a fully vegan diet.
The third week is all about Restoring your body to maximum efficiency. In Phase 3, you’ll help Restore your digestive system along with other internal processes to maximum efficiency, putting nutrients, enzymes, and pre-and probiotics back into your body.
Option 3: Kick A@$ take names.
I just finished one round of the brand new program Core De Force (can you believe this is ONLY from 30 days)!? This program is so fun. It is full of mixed martial arts inspired workouts, you can read more about it here, but the quick overview is that you do 3 minute rounds of Boxing, Muay Thai, and MMA style workouts with cardio spikes in between the combos. The awesome thing about this program is that you are really doing fun, challenging, core wringing combinations the whole time. Some are more boxing focused with 2 punch combos, some are more advanced with knees, kicks, and punches but they are all fun. This program shreds your core and totally got me in fight shape in 30 days. It was a great way to blow off some steam and focus on my day. The strength workouts in the program are fun and challenging as well. There is no equipment needed on any of the workouts and this program will leave you feeling accomplished and empowered. So, as the final option you can join my challenge group starting on December 5th. There will be a great group of people doing this program right along with you in the group and I will be your FREE Coach through the whole thing.
Now is your time.
There is no better time to start on your fitness journey than right now. This is the time of year where people generally wait, they make an excuse and say that they are too busy and they will start when the new year rolls around. I do not want that for you because like I said before New Year’s resolutions never work. It’s scientifically proven! If you want to make changes in your life it begins with a SPLIT MOMENT decision and then it is cemented with massive action. If you read this and think this may be for you then take action on it immediately. Commit to a plan, whether it is the cleanse or Core De Force, and go after it with all you have. I will be there to help you and just imagine how you will feel going into the new year with all of that positive momentum and getting results when everyone else is just thinking about getting started. Now that’s something to be excited about and invest your money into vs more things that will just collect dust in your closet.
